6.5’ (2m) original replacement cable assembly for the ScanCam. Suits Datalogic 8000 series scanners only. Cable has 4-pin PCB “JST” style connector at the ScanCam end.

N.B We recommend replacing this cable in a workshop environment as the top case needs to be removed in order to access the ScanCam PCB.


12’ (3.6m) replacement cable assembly that suits all Datalogic 8000/8500 scanners with the 4-pin EAS socket. RJ25 (6-pin) version to suit V5 ScanCam body.

12’ (3.6m) replacement cable assembly that suits Metrologic MS23xx scanners. RJ25 (6-pin) version to suit V5 ScanCam body.

12’ (3.6m) replacement cable assembly that suits NCR 7872 (with EAS), 7874, 7876 & 7878 scanners. RJ25 (6-pin) version to suit V5 ScanCam body.

For use with all scanners that utilise a 4P4C (RJ9) connector for EAS. Typically used on the PSC (now Datalogic) range from model 381 right through to the 8500 series where the EAS port is in use.


All scanners that utilise a 8P8C connector (RJ45). Allows the ScanCam and the host PC to be connected to the same port.

N.B If splitting the main comms cable (scanner connector), approval may be required by the customers IT/POS department or by the scanner vendor.
