Improved ball locking mechanism on it’s way!

We are now testing a design that will improve the way that the ball assembly locks to make it even harder for it to be inadvertently moved when deployed in the field.

Once approved, replacements parts will be available for those that want to perform a field upgrade and all future production models will incorporate the new design.

UPDATE: Effective 1st July 2010, all devices will now be supplied with the improved mechanism.
